The P Factor

Well. Here's a little tidbit they don't tell you in diet school. You *will* be making more pit stops than a busload of pregnant women drinking cranberry juice.

Previously, I was known as the "family camel". (hey wait..should that offend me?) This is because I can ride in a car for 6-8 hours without even THINKING about peeing. And that's after drinking a soda or two on the trip.

And now, you ask? Russian racehorses ain't got nothing on me. I am constantly in the bathroom. I got up THREE times in the middle of the night. I never get up at night. And it's not just your little "dribble" either. It's GALLONS.

And yesterday.. I sneezed. - and peed myself.

So. Not. Cool.

Oh sister, I am right there with you!

And I was always known for having to pull into the rest area if I even THOUGHT about having a drink. Sigh.

Now I have to go if even if I DON'T think about having a drink.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and for adding me to your blog roll. I usually just follow people since I have no clue how to do the blog roll...yes I have one, but someone else figured it out for me...so as soon as I figure out how to do that I will for sure add you!

As far as this post I laughed my butt off...I pee all the time anyway so I couldn't imagine having to go more...I better stay far far away from that diet!

My hubsband says I'm the only one he knows that can wake up and not go to the bathroom to pee. I've been trying to "diet" and drink water and that all changed. I've been know to wet a few pants as well!

Wear little panti liners. They help when those little sneezes sneak up!

From Am Staff:

I ahve that even without dieting.

It has something to do with weak muscles in the lower back which then causes the the front muscles to fall apart. . .so raise your hands: How many of us have pot-bellies?
